Tonga is a very traditional and religious country -- absolutely no trade or services provided on Sunday except room and board. Unfortunately, the weather became sunny today and now we are land-locked !
The well-known Japanese Gardens reef was a relatively short swim from our bungalow so we spent the afternoon snorkeling amongst the tropical fish. An unexpected increase in both wind and current necessitated a boat rescue for our party ..... always some excitement even on our "slow" days.
